She was outside, beautiful hilly scenery, lots of greenery, it was sunny, yet, there was a nice breeze blowing. There was a huge, long table covered in a white tablecloth. The table was full of plants. She was watering them. I told her I had a huge box for her and she said don't worry about it, I have 3 small ones. There at the end of the table I saw her boxes. I started crying because I was actually talking to her and I could see her. She looked so happy and healthy, but I missed her so much. I remember thinking, Oh, that's where she is in Nashville. My boyfriend is obese, I'm so worried about him--help!?

My boyfriend is obese. He is 70 pounds overweight. He was really heavy when I met him last year, but the weight is now out of control (he has a LOT of stress at work). His doctor has told him he MUST lose weight and how much he needs to lose, so I know this for a fact. Plus, he's gaining a little bit every week. Plus he smokes heavily, is nearly 40, and lives on a diet of junk food. In every other area of his life he is the best man I have ever met, and I love him dearly--so much so that I don't want to lose him at a young age. He's already sleeping on his couch because he gets winded going upstairs to his room. I've tried to get him to eat healthily, but I've discovered a.) nagging does not help at all, b.) even gentle reminders are nagging if you don't want to hear it, (I mean, I don't like to be nagged either--no one does), and c.) even though he says he wants to lose weight, when he asks me to help him he then starts hiding fast food meals (eating them in the car, at work, and so on) and then lying about it later. He also fudges big time on what exactly he weighs when asked. The doctor will ask him for his current weight, and my boyfriend will lowball his estimate by at least 10 pounds, and then when the doctor weighs him because honestly my boyfriend is visibly larger, he is shocked by the real number. He has a really warped relationship with food, it seems. It's a reward for a difficult time (dental surgery = two coneys heavy all), and a bandage for a bad day at work. How can I get him to eat better so he doesn't drop dead of a heart attack? (We'll leave the smoking issue for a while)

What is Epcot's Mission Space. . .?

I'm a foreman in a large construction company. First, I must say that I'm punctual, reliable and fairly consistent in my work, so those aren't issues. Every now and then somebody who doesn't like me has said something about me to the boss. One time is was about talking to a fellow worker for about a two minutes. One time I was kidding with a woman I work with and she took it seriously due to her mood that day(nothing innappropriate btw.) Another time I was on the phone taking an important call from my daughter's principal. These are not a big deal, and some people have these issues everyday, but I usually don't. My issue is that when someone says something to my boss, he responds angrily, without getting the full picture and it adds to his attitude toward me in the long run. Recently, I ruffled a few feathers because I ratted out four of my co-workers who were hanging out, not doing a thing when they should have been working. The reason I did that was because one of them was a person who did it to me unfairly and my boss responded to it. My boss doesn't seem like the type of person who you can talk to in any depth about these types of things, so I'm not sure how to handle it. I just know that it's bothering me and I don't want to continue being the victim of office politics. What should I do to reverse the damage done by others? I could use some good advice.

I've seen before these hard plastic or metal boxes that can be locked on top of a doorknob so you can't grab onto it. It makes it impossible to turn the knob until the box is unlocked. If there's a keyhole in the knob, it covers it up so you can't unlock the door either. How do I get polymeric sand off my pavers?

I laid down my pavers beautifully, gave them some time to settle, and then swept the polymeric sand into the joints. I was very careful to get as much of the sand off the actual pavers as possible, but inevitably there was still a light dusty residue that couldn't be swept off. I misted the pavers as advised (4 times in 20 min increments), and when everything dried up, my pavers looked terrible! There is an obvious residue left on the pavers. We tried scrubbing with a wire brush, but that changed the texture of the pavers. I am hearing that vinegar and a regluar (less abrasive) brush might work? How about a power washer? Has anyone else gone through this before...if so, please help!

Puggle or Miniature Pinscher for 7 yr old boy with Cerebral Palsy?

Looking for a little playmate for my son and our eight month old male minpin (miniature pinscher). I'm thinking either a female minpin, or a female puggle. I don't know if keeping the breed the same would matter. The minpin we have now is sooo gentle and cute. He's curious, but doesn't chomp or pester the little guy as he sits in his wheelchair. uming you've fitted the valve the correct way round and wired it correctly if the rads still heat up I suspect the system has been plumbed incorrectly. If the hot water return pipe is not in the correct position in the system the rads will heat via a circuit created on the return pipes.

Hello, i would say that your transmission pump is going out. You can take it to a shop and they can unplug one of the lines that goes over to the transmission oil cooler and check the oil pressure. Then you they can decide from there. Or it could be that the friction clutches in the transmission are worn out. Which would also cause it to feel like the transmission speed is not matching the engine speed. Hope this helps.

I have a professor that speaks utterly unintelligable english, his accent is so thick very few people can make out what he is saying. He was brought in to replace my former teacher who quit do to being overworked and the school not helping him out. I and some fellow students tried to complain and get it rectified but we were told to deal with it and that our teacher is a "C" student as far as teachers go and not everyone can be an "A" student (it was an ogy...a bad one) I said but we are paying "A" student prices and we getting a "C" student education. I was once again rebuffed and told to deal with it. We are CADD drafting/Architectural students at IDTI (Island Drafting and Tech. Institute) and it is very difficult to navigate the program alone (thats why i am in school) I try to work on the computers but they are shut off while he is "teaching" (seriously, I understand every 10th word, maybe) So I basically paid $27,000 to teach myself by reading the text book on my own time and my entire cl and I are now at a serious career disadvantage. All our grades are top notch because everyone gets A's regardless if we deserve them(if we got less they would have to aknowlege that it could be the teacher)but that doesnt change the fact that we know less then other Drafters because we couldnt understand our teacher (I am from NY by the way) NOW I am being told that I wont be placed because the economy is bad and I was placed already (I was coerced into taking a part time job for a temporary period of time to try to learn my trade in a practical environment.. I was never told this would be where I would be placed permanantly). So my question is Do I/We have a case against the school?

Could a bad power window switch drain the battery?

1993 Altima GLE. I know they had issues with their power window switches. Back windows have both rolled down automatically and they won't go back up. Each time this happens, the battery dies. Am I dealing with only a bad switch, or do I need to worry about a short as well. I'm going to recharge the battery and start checking for electrical gremlins, but I'm hoping that the switch is the only problem.

best thing to do is start up your computer is safe mode by hitting F2 or it maybe another one depending on your copmputer, best thing to do is try all until you get an option of start in safe mode and start in safe mode with networking. use the networking one and update your kaspersky and start scanning with that and then download malwarebytes and update it and scan with that also after the kaspersky scan is finished. you should be good to reboot and start up normally after that.

Air Conditioner Leaking

My residential air conditioner is leaking water from the inside part of the unit. The air conditioner is still working and keeping the house cool however. Can stress cause pregnancy symptoms?

I've been under tons of stress all month; I had a board exam to worry about, after that I was sure that I had contracted a serious illness, and almost instantly after that, I suddenly became convinced that I might be pregnant. I had no good reason for thinking this, but soon after I developed few symptoms like mild nausea that lasts all day and an odd taste in the back of my mouth. I took three pregnancy tests and all were negative, but I think maybe it was just too early to take them since my period isn't due for a few more days. I think my anxiety is causing me to think that every little seemingly odd thing happening is a sign of pregnancy, but I just don't know. It could be stress, but then not knowing causes more stress which exacerbates the symptoms. If it is all just stress/ all in my head, would I get symptoms that I didn't even know were pregnancy symptoms (like the bad taste in my mouth)?

My grammas has alzheimers and gets confused alot. My aunt lives with her and so do I. Daily my aunt yells at her when my gramma asks questions. In her voice there's an annoyance and anger. I don't know what t do. Everyday she helps my grama put her pajamas on but that's when the yelling is the worst. She screams at her to puts her clothes on or off or put it in the hamper. Before I start, I'd just like to make clear that I own a PlayStation, but no leads, and I also own all the games I am trying to play. (I downloaded this so I could play games I used to like when i was much younger, and wouldn't bother playing any ones I don't own) For most games, I can just use the disc, but for a particular favourite, Final Fantasy VII, my disc 1 no longer works. I downloaded another copy of disc 1, and unlike all the other games I have played using discs, it works up until I enter the first battle. The two guards run up to me, and then it becomes immobile and the music crashes. I've tried with all different settings, and a friend (whose settings I copied just to make sure) has the exact same game file, which works perfectly fine. My friend is on Vista and I am on XP, my computer is much older. Does anyone know if there's something else I should download, or is my computer just too old to be playing such large games??

I don't believe there are any concrete differences between males and females when it comes to IQ. I think shes bipolar or something like that. Trying to find an old game I used to play when little.?

I want to say that I played the game in the early to mid 90's and it was a global domination game. It was more in depth than risk. From what I remember, you started with a "stronghold" in a city somewhere in the world, and you had to conquer city by city. You also had to deal with loyalties. Like if one city is "loyal" to your opponent, you had to keep more troops in that city or they would revolt and become your enemy's city. It was quite interesting and poor (compared to today's standards) graphics.

Don't worry I'm sure he is drinking. Birds don't drink that much so it would be hard to tell from missing water. He is only a parakeet and his brain is not smart enough to figure out that what you are spraying at him when he is a bad bird and what he is drinking is the same thing.

Don't judge the entire East Bay based on Antioch. It's hard to notice anything other than the strip malls, traffic, and nearby factories. Take a drive up highway 4. (Better to take the Antioch Bridge to hwy 12, and reconnect with 4 in Angels Camp.) It can be done as a day trip, and there are beautiful mountain pes above Angels Camp and Sonora. Keep in mind that California mountains are compared to sea level unlike the Colorado mountains which begin at a higher base. Personally, I think California mountains are just as pretty as those in Colorado.

95 Sunfire backfiring/hesitation?

Hey.. I got a 95 Pontiac Sunfire with a 2.2L 4 cylinder 3 speed trans. Its got 225,933 miles on it.. here for about a month and a half its been acting really weird.. when it get at normal temp it will be extremely hesitate when I try to take off.. The car will do a pt pt pt pt then act right but everytime i stop at a stop sign or a traffic light it will do a pt pt pt pt pt and act like its gonna die but then act right... well today i was playing around pressing the throttle and all of a sudden i get a backfire in the intake.. soo far i've checked the MAP sensor ( good), the TPS (good), O2 sensor (good), Fuel Pressure (it sits at 45 PSI) i've took apart the intake plentum and cleaned all the carbon out and replace the gasket (No difference), Did a OBDII test only thing it came up with was the neutral safety switch ( no other codes than that).. I changed the plugs and wires and tested the coil packs... I'm all outta options.. dont know what to look at and what to do!! any ideas would be awsome....

91 dodge stealth R/T TT AWD transfer case vs. 92 galant VR4 AWD transfer case...?

OK.....got a good question for the Import/Tuner crowd out there.......here goes......I'm considering buying a 1991 Dodge Stealth R/T twin turbo. The guy that has it for sale is offering it a ridiculously low price because it has a blown transfer case and also needs the front drive shaft (i've already looked at the car and verified that this is the problem) ....I have searched and searched and searched online and locally for a used transfer case, but I can't find one that is decent shape (i.e. not needing rebuild) for under a grand......HOWEVER, i have locally sourced a 92 mitsubishi galant VR4 AWD parts car with a blown engine......Now, I know that the dodge stealth and mitsubishi 3000gt were essentially the same car, same engine, drivetrain, etc...but are the drive trains in the stealth r/t and galant vr4 the same? similar?.........would it be possible to use the transfer case from the galant without modification? or would I have to do some modification/ fabrication?

You would have to prove that it is somehow dangerous for others to know where you live ie your a state court judge. Even police officers and other elected officials are on that site as well. Now, if you can't convince them to take you off, you can change the ownership -ie put the property into some type of trust - alot of expense for what you are trying to do.

It's a nice way to relax and focus on my breathing. In light of this realization, I have decided to find something less harmful to smoke. Tonight I tried clementine peels, and I found that the smoke was very smooth (indicating low carcinogen levels?), and it tasted and smelled good. I have no interest in any sort of high or anything other than the feeling of smoking, I just wanted to check if anyone had any information on possible consequences of smoking orange or clementine peels that I am unaware of (besides the obvious carcinogens that come with smoking anything).

Why do we argue all the time?

Me and my family (Mum, Dad and brother) argue pretty much everyday, somethings it's little pathetic arguments where as others are big ones. It's really getting to me, I'm 18 years old and I really do not need all this. My Mum gets really nasty, and I mean really nasty. She blames everything on me, and when I try to confront her she just has another huge blow at me. I kind of try to talk to her about it, and my Dad but it doesn't work, we still argue. I talk to my friends, they tell me to ignore her, have words with her etc but none of it works. I sometimes really wish I was brought up by different people, I get upset constantly, I've started to gain weight because I'm getting upset and taking my moods out on the food cupboard.
