How to change fifa 11 practice arena mode?

i want to do different stuff like corners practice, penalties, free kicks, through ball, lob p etc instead of just playing one on one wid the goal keeper like how it comes as soon as i open fifa 11. i think this question is lame but how do you go to the practice arena if it does exist?
