What is Epcot's Mission Space. . .?

Ok so I will ride basically ANYTHING. Any roller coaster, fast ride, basically anything thrilling that gives me a high adrenaline rush. Now what I don't like is things that spin really really fast or rides that get you insanely dizzy to the point of nausea. We are going to Epcot in a few weeks or so and I heard some pretty good things about Mission Space, except I have no idea what it is. People say the pressure of it is so intense and that it does make you dizzy sometimes. Does it spin? Like I know you are living as if you were in a space shuttle and about to take off and flotsam and jetsam, but does anybody know exactly what it is and what it does? Like can you please tell me what you think of the ride, if I'd like it or not, or how you feel after the ride? Also, if you can, about how long is it? Thanks so much guys!
