Hi everyone, i need some tips on how to lose my baby weight. Well im not sure if its baby weight or not anymore because my daughter is almost 12 months lol... I weigh 120 lbs. right now (im 19 yrs old) and i would like to lose 10 lbs. I need tips on how to lose weight because ive never been on a diet. I am not fat fat, i just want to lose the fatness of my stomach thats all. Also what foods should i I eat besides just a salad?? Anyone with good tips, i would greatly appreciate. :)
