Simpsons question...?

In Season 5, episode "Secrets of A Successful marriage," Marge gets mad at Homer in the bedroom because he told his marriage counseling cl about some of their intimate secrets. Homer then goes off on a crazy speech where he starts quoting from movies. He quotes from "A Few Good Men" ("You can't handle the truth"..) and "Patton" ("When you reach over and put your hand in a pile of goo, and realize that was your best friend's face"...)But I don't recognize his other 2 quotes, "Forget it, Marge! It's Chinatown!" and "I'm not out of order; YOU"RE out of order! The whole freakin' system is out of order!" What movies are those from? I've head that Chinatown one before somewhere else.
