Can I still make it to a computer school?

My gpa is like 2.3 because I was very very naive in my earlier years. I also found out that I can't learn math. I have tried countless tutors and could not comprehend above pre algebra - even then I forget what I've learned. I am alright at English and webpage 1 but anything else I am really bad at. I made 102% in English 11 and 94% In English 12. I made a 94% in Webpage 1 and might take webpage 2. Even if I am not fluent in any other skills except English and computers, can I make it to a great computer school (bearing in mind I will probably take remedial math and history)?
