Mexico Jobs/Careers? What should I do?

Im a 16 year old hispanic, a junior in high school, and im from Texas. I don't know what I want to be when I grow up, I really want to work in Mexico or something related to Mexico. I want a career that's interesting with good pay. I would like to go to college/university over in Mexico and then work there, or study here then go work over there. Im interested in working in these fields Construction, Dentistry, Telecommunications Line Installer and Repairer, Tile and Marble Setter, Reinforcing Iron and Rebar Worker, Pipefitting, Plasterer and Stucco Mason, Brickmason/Blockmason, Mining Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Petroleum Engineer. I don't know what to choose, but i want to work in Mexico.
