Work permit question!?

my husband a U.S Citizen applied for the i-130 for me. My application was approve on august 29. I took my biometrics on september 18 of this year. I read that it takes about 30-90 days for my work permit to arrive. My question is 30-90 days from the day I took my biometrics or from when my application was approved.
