How to describe a drug-experience?

describe, if you can remember, what you was thinking and feeling. For example I often feel on psychdelics that i'm on some kind of journey of discovery, and there is some knowledge that this trip will give me and this knowledge is the key to unlocking some great mystery I have been grappling with. More often than not i forget what the mystery was and sometimes i question whether the mystery existed and think I was probably in a drug induced bafflement. But hey its not really about where you end up, its about the journey.
