WHERE IS Rufus Hendren in the SIMS 3?

Usually, when you accepted/are doing an opportunity type thing, you can go to 'Town View' and look around the neighborhood until you see a bubble-circle-thingy that has his/her face on it. If it doesn't have his/her face on it, just put your mouse-cursor over it and it'll give you information.
