Whats a good restaurant to take girlfriend to on Northern Virginia area,we live on Fairfax side,for Valentines?

What is a good restaurant to take my girlfriend too in the Northern Virginia area, we live in the Fairfax side of, for Valentine's Day. Where should I go and it does not have to be just on the Fairfax side, but it would be easier to drive somewhere on this side, like it can be in Washington DC or Alexandria or just about anywhere in Northern Virginia.
