My 12 week old puppy is sick...?

She is a lab/shepard cross only 12 weeks old she has been puking alot lately, drooling, not eating, not playing with her brother at all, she just lies there, been like this for 2 days now....she got a hold of some onion rings a few days ago ate some wires and some clothes but we cant afford to take her to the vet....any adivse..her tem is 101.8 normal temp says online is between 99.5 and 102.3 she usually is the most active out of the puppies...we are very concerned....plz help....and plz only comment if your gonna be helpful for my puppy thanks
