How do you make this amazing soup?

When I was married to a guy from China, we ate this incredible soup once in California. It's got 1000 year old eggs, cod and cilantro in it. It sort of tastes similar to that sausage gravy that you get on biscuits, if you can believe it. I would really love a recipe if anyone knows it. Thanks.
